Phoenix ranked 4th for greatest inventory declines

Yesterday I blogged about the inventory numbers for the Phoenix metro area real estate market. Today, Inman news presented an article on the Top 10 metros with shrinking inventory. No surprise that Phoenix is on that list. Phoenix ranked 4th for the largest declines in year over year inventory levels for May. The decline as ranked by Realtor.com statistics was 44.71%.
This is no surprise to us on the ground here as I have been reporting. We are experiencing a definite seller market with most properties receiving mutliple offers. The demand is high ans the supply has been shrinking making for an interesting market.
