Phoenix area rents increasing

Hello!

We've said it before, and we'll say it again:  Rents in Phoenix are increasing, and will continue to do so!

 WHY?

Simple "Supply and Demand".

Many apartments have been lost in recent years to condo conversions, and very few new complexes have been built, due to rising construction and land costs.

What does that mean for consumers?

1.  If you are renting, expect that your rent costs will rise.  It would be a good time to consider investing in a condo or home; you have tax benefits, stability, and a place to truely make 'yours'.  There are a lot of homes on the market, so you can be choosy and shop around/get what you want.

2.  If you are an investor - or thinking of becoming one - expect to get more from your rental properties.

There is an article on www.azcentral.com that gives some great statistics and area info; click HERE to read it.

As always, we are ready to help you purchase your first home, or pick up investment properties, all at NO COST TO YOU!  Contact us at info@WeAreAZRealEstate.com.
