We were innundated with requests for more info on the MODEL HOME LEASEBACKS we posted about over the weekend! We have since sold them - sorry - but we are forming a database of investors. As we hear of new opportunities, we will e-mail anyone who expresses interest with full details!
Model Home Leasebacks are a great way to cash flow an investment property - they typically pay 8-12% annually in rent, and you could not hope for better 'tenants' - the home builders pay on time, and take fantastic care of the home - because they want to be able to sell more of them! Leases are guaranteed for 12+ months, depending on the community.
We also have access to a number of rental homes for sale, with tenants already in place. There are some fabulous pre-foreclosure deals out there, as well!
