Chandler Home UNDER CONTRACT!

CONGRATS to the Graves' - we have found a buyer for their lovely home at 2611 N Nebraska, in Chandler!  Click HERE to see the home and details! 

In real estate, it is incredibly rare for the listing agent to bring the buyer for their listing; the odds of it are staggeringly low.  Think about it - there are over 91,000 people holding real estate licenses in Arizona.  What are the chances that the listing agent will find someone who is ready, willing and able to purchase this listing?!  We had listed - and sold - a home for the Graves' before, and ALSO found a buyer for THAT home!  So that's 2 in a row with them.....

Yes, we're tooting our own horns a little, but what does that mean to the consumer?: 

It means we have an aggressive marketing strategy - We are getting info about the listing out to the masses.  We don't just stick the listing in MLS and wait for it to sell!  In this particular case, we have shown the home to a few different potential buyers, all of whom did not have an agent of their own.

It means when someone inquires about one of our listings, we get back to them immediately with accurate information.  So many agents (unfortunately) have a lot of other things going on, or don't take the time to follow-up with, say, an e-mail about a home.  We are real estate PROFESSIONALS - this is our only job, and we are going to do it RIGHT!

It means we can treat all parties fairly.  In the case of dual representation, we are bound to keep private information private - if the seller tells us they would accept an offer of "X", we can not tell this to the buyer - it's our duty to keep a neutral stance.  Mr. and Mrs. Graves have been in this situation with us before, and did not hesitate to allow us to represent both them and the buyers.
