City North -Nordstrom's
Great news for Desert Ridge Dwellers and other North East Valley residents: The Klutznick Group, developers of the coming upscale shopping center CityNorth, located at Desert Ridge in NE Phoenix, have inked a deal with Nordstrom's to locate their third Arizona store there. Many other upscale retailers often follow where Nordstrom's goes. We have mentioned CityNorth in this blog before. It is an upscale live-work-play development that will have over 1 million square feet of shopping, laid out in a town center feel with pedestrian boulevards and more.
