Congratulations to the Smiths on the sale and closing of their home today.
Yesterday, we mentioned accompanying a client on a walkthrough and document signing appointment. Today we took care of another aspect of selling and preparing a home. We have many out-of-state clients. Helping these clients takes the extra steps that many agents aren't willing to do. This particular property needed a service call under warranty, and obviously the owners are not able to attend to this. We met the technician and provided access in the owner's absence. We go the extra mile to make sure that everything is as easy and stress-free for all of our clients.
