Toll Bros. paints a rosy picture
Hi,
There was an article in the AZ Republic today quoting statements coming from Toll Brothers, one of the nations top luxury builders. Their expectation is to see home sales grow again after the excess investor inventory is absorbed in the general market. This is something we have heard before, and agree with. Much of what grew this market over the last couple of years, is what is causing the slowdown now. There are more homes on the market than normal, due mainly to investors selling off properties. There are less buyers in the market right now than normal, because many people are waiting to see how much prices may fall. It's a delicate balance. Eventually those people will buy and the pent up demand will bring the market back.
