Yet another Scottsdale Redevelopment project is slated - this one is in central Scottsdale, within the Master-Planned community of McCormick Ranch. They already have the Belcara Condo Conversion under way and for sale (info@weareazrealestate.com for details!) and now, they are redeveloping one of the shopping centers. The site of the former Dale's Grocery store, Papa John's, and Tango Grill will be renovated to accomodate a new LA Fitness gym location. The gym is slated to open in April '06.
McCormick Ranch features apartments, condos, patio homes and single-family homes, all in a great location - between Scottsdale and Pima Roads, and Indian Bend and Mountain View Roads.
